Wordle.net is the coolest. It is the self-named "place for making beautiful word clouds." Once on the site, one can enter a cluster of words or URL and it will come up with something like the above. The most commonly used words are the largest (like a tag cloud), and then the colors, designs and layout can be altered. I could seriously play at this forever...
